served with buttermilk chive dip.
Brie en Croute ~
A large wheel of creamy Brie cheese wrapped
in puff pastry and baked golden brown.
Served with homemade crostini
and marinated roasted peppers.
Bruschetta variations ~
Crisped baguette topped with sesame eggplant spread,
fresh mozarella, tomato and basil,
seared filet topped with sweet onion jam or
fresh ricotta with lemon, black pepper and mint.

Gently poached with wine and spices, then chilled.
Presented with both classic seafood sauce and remoulade.
Olives, Baguette and Crackers ~
Bowls of house marinated imported olives
served with fresh sliced baguettes and a variety of delicious crackers.
